We are over the moon for our lovely retailers. Really! We are tickled pink every time our printer spits one of your orders out on our desk. Packaged with care and shipped with love, we hope you are just as excited to receive the bundles of handmade goodness as we are to send them.
Many of you have been with us from the beginning and we are ever so thankful for your support. Just how thankful you may ask? So thankful we want to give you discounts for your loyalty to us. Our sewing machines wouldn’t be busily humming along without you. We proudly introduce UrbanHalo’s Retailer Rewards Program!
What do I have to do to get the discounts?
It is simple. Once you’ve enrolled in the program, keep doing what you have been doing and you’ll earn points for every dollar you spend on orders placed. But, we didn’t stop there. Not only will you get 1,000 points right off the bat just for enrolling {that is enough for a 10% discount!}, but we have other ways you can accumulate points. Are you on social media? Perfect. We have several ways you can interact with us on the lovely interwebs and earn points. Do you love us? Pick up a pen and sing our praises. Your testimonial of love alone will land you enough points to cash in on a 15% discount.
I’m interested! This sounds awesome…but what’s the catch?
There isn’t one. We pinky swear. We want to say thank you for your continued support and cheer you on. The activities available to earn points are not only good for us, but ultimately help you sell more product. And the more headbands you are slinging, the happier we all are!

What will my points get me?
- 1,000 points = 10% discount
- 2,000 points = 15% discount
- 3,000 points = 25% discount
How do I earn points?
- Each dollar spent on product = 1 point
- Program enrollment = 1,000 points
- Testimonial = 2,000 points
- Social media sharing on Facebook and Instagram
- Branded UrbanHalo image = 500 points
- Retailer content = 250 points (up to four times a month)
- UrbanHalo repost of retailer content = 750 points
- UrbanHalo mention on your website = 500 points
- Branded window cling = 2,000 points
- Survey participation = 1,000 points (sent via email periodically)
When can I cash in my points for discounts?
- Program enrollment points will be available immediately for redemption once you have been successfully enrolled and received your welcome email.
- Purchase points are available for redemption immediately after order is placed.
- All additional program activity points will be available for redemption on the 5th of the following month.
- Please note: points cannot be earned for any activity or purchases prior program enrollment.
How do I enroll?
