Caught buying too many halos? This happens from time to time, but who can blame you… there are so many fabulous prints calling your name!
To request a return and receive a prepaid shipping label, please fill out the request form below within 21 days of your order date.
- All items must have the original packaging attached and be unworn and unwashed. If your headband order included free ear saver buttons and you are returning all headbands, those buttons must be returned to be eligible for a full refund. If you wish to keep the button sets, $3 for each set not returned will be deducted from refund total.
- If your order qualified for free shipping and your return adjusts your original order total below the amount required to qualify for the free shipping promo, you will be refunded the return item(s) total less the standard flat rate shipping ($5.95). Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Extra Ear Saver Buttons, custom headbands, wholesale purchases, and items marked as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund. If ineligible items are sent back to us they will not be refunded. If you wish to have ineligible return items sent back to you, you will be the responsible for the shipping costs to do so.
- Due to fluctuating inventory and shipping charges, we cannot offer exchange requests at this time. Instead, it is best to first place a new order for the item(s) you prefer and then return the originally purchased item(s) to us for a refund.
We ship internationally to select countries. The items will be imported on behalf of the purchaser. The purchaser authorizes UrbanHalo to import the items on their behalf. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
We accept returns of unworn items within 21 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at email@example.com for an Return Authorization number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. UrbanHalo is unable to provide international return labels at this time. Customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to UrbanHalo via a tracked service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.
3rd Party Purchases:
While we are happy to accept returns, we are not able to accept returns for halos not purchased directly through us. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.
