US Returns:

Caught buying too many halos? This happens from time to time, but who can blame you… there are so many fabulous prints calling your name!  

To request a return and receive a prepaid shipping label, please fill out the request form below within 21 days of your order date. 

All items must have the original packaging attached and be unworn and unwashed.  If your headband included free ear saver buttons, those must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return an item(s) that adjusts your original order total below the amount required to qualify for the free shipping promo, you will be refunded the item(s) total less the standard flat rate shipping ($5.95). Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Custom headbands, wholesale purchases, items marked as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase and Extra Ear Saver Buttons are not eligible for return. 

International Returns:

We ship internationally to select countries. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes UrbanHalo to import the goods on his behalf.  The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. We accept returns of unworn items within 21 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. 

If you would like to return an item, please email us at for an Return Authorization number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. UrbanHalo is unable to provide international return labels at this time. Customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to UrbanHalo via a tracked service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

3rd Party Purchases:

While we are happy to accept returns, we are not able to accept returns for halos not purchased directly through us. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.
