Due to Covid-19, you may experience delayed order processing time and/or shipping times.

To help you receive your packages before Christmas, all orders must be placed no later than December 15th. 

This is not a guarantee that packages will arrive before Christmas but is the date that shipping carriers have recommended as the cut off for Christmas deliveries to be ordered. This date should give your package plenty of time to arrive even given the delays that many mail carriers are experiencing due to COVID-19 and increased volume. 

Shipping Delays:  While we are doing our best to get packages out as quickly as possible, please note that due to many Covid-related challenges including staffing shortages, grounded commercial flights and a huge increase in packages due to increased online shopping, USPS is experiencing longer than normal transit times. Your local branch will have information related to any delays in your specific area.

Expedited Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season. Estimated shipping times does not reflect order processing time.

If your package has been handed off to USPS, please note that we only have access to the same tracking you receive and you will need to contact your local USPS with tracking/delivery related questions.   • Be sure to check that you have entered your shipping address correctly, prior to completing your order.  We do our best to get orders out crazy fast and cannot be responsible for shipments shipped to incorrect addresses. If you do realize an error with your address after placing an order and your order is still processing, please email us ASAP at orders@urbanhalo.com.

    If your package is shipped to an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we are happy to reship it to you at the correct address. However, you will be responsible for the cost of the reshipment.
